Female soccer athletes have some of the highest risk of knee injuries in any sport. With research backing that implement strength training into soccer athletes having a correlated effect into reducing knee injuries why wouldn't you start training?

I've built a 5 Week Strength and Conditioning program for female soccer athletes to get started into physical training today. Combining my experiences working with a variety of female college athletes including women's soccer, this program details everything an athlete needs to get started.


What's included:

  • 5 weeks of training material
  • 3 Lifts per week
  • 2 Running days per week
  • Comprehensive Movement Prep which includes soft tissue care, mobility, activation, and central nervous system priming.


Strength training doesn't have to be complex, this simple but effective off-season strength and conditioning program is for all soccer athletes high school and older.
