I've built a 5 Week Strength and Conditioning program for female soccer athletes to get started into physical training today. Combining my experiences working with a variety of female college athletes including women's soccer, this program details everything an athlete needs to get started.
What's included:
- 5 weeks of training material
- 3 Lifts per week
- 2 Running days per week
- Comprehensive Movement Prep which includes soft tissue care, mobility, activation, and central nervous system priming.
Strength training doesn't have to be complex, this simple but effective off-season strength and conditioning program is for all soccer athletes high school and older.
